1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

- The product arrived damaged.
- The product is defective or has a manufacturing fault.
- Items were missing from your order.
Returns will only be accepted if the product is:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- Returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels (if applicable).
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns and refunds will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Used, damaged, or altered products.
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Clearance, sale, or discounted items.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the product.
- A complete unboxing video showing the package from the sealed condition until the product is fully unpacked.
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may not qualify for a return or refund.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer product exchanges within the 7-day return period for eligible items.
Customers may exchange an eligible product for a different product, subject to:
- Product availability.
- Price difference (if applicable).
- Approval after inspection of the returned item.
Additional charges or refunds may apply depending on the value of the replacement product.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged product), Tech Spark Lab will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is approved for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via online bank transfer or your preferred digital wallet where applicable.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

All returned products are inspected before any refund or exchange is approved.
Tech Spark Lab reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.

At this time, Tech Spark Lab does not accept returns or process refunds for international orders.
